Professor John Heil (Washington University in St. Louis) will join the project as our academic visitor in Trinity Term 2017 between 20 of April and 14 of June 2017. Professor Heil currently works in metaphysics and philosophy of mind and has teaching in metaphysics, logic, philosophy of mind and early modern philosophy.
Michaelmas Term, 2016
Professor Robert C Koons (University of Texas at Austin) will join the project as our academic visitor between 9 October and 6 November 2016. Professor Koons’ interests include metaphysics, philosophy of religion, philosophical logic, and ancient and medieval philosophy. He is currently working on a comprehensive metaphysical theory, in the perennial tradition of Aristotle and Aquinas, and in a contemporary 'analytic' idiom. He will give a public lecture on 19 October 2016.
Hilary Term, 2015 & 2016
Professor Michael Esfeld (University of Lausanne) will join the project as our academic visitor between 19–28 January 2015, and 18–29 January 2016. Professor Esfeld’s interests include the philosophy of mind, the philosophy of physics, causality, holism, and the metaphysics of nature. He will give a public lecture on 26 January 2015.

Professor Peter Simons (Trinity College Dublin) will join the project as our academic visitor between 14 October and 26 November 2015. Professor Simons' interests include metaphysics and ontology, philosophy of language, logic, mathematics and history of analytic phylosophy. He will give a public lecture on 14 October 2015.
